Biography

With over 45 years of legal practice in New York, Attorney Gregory Messer boasts a wealth of experience. Renowned for his skills in bankruptcy law, Mr. Messer is sought after by both individuals and businesses facing complex financial challenges. His stellar reputation in the legal community is evidenced by the numerous referrals he receives from fellow attorneys and satisfied clients.

Mr. Messer's credentials are impressive. He has been Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification since 1995 and has served as a panel trustee for the Chapter 7 Trustee Panel in the Eastern and Southern districts of New York for thirty years.

He has also been honored with awards such as the Frieda S. Additionally, he serves as a mentor to young lawyers. 

Mr. Messer's dedication to bankruptcy law extends to his role as a lecturer. He frequently shares his knowledge at various legal forums and organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, the Practicing Law Institute, and the Bar Association of the City of New York, the Brooklyn Bar Association as well as other Bar Associations & CLE providers.
